Need to find a local business with WiFi access? Not sure what to do about insufficient or nonexistent internet access at home. Advisement and Testing Center Guidelines
All Advisement and Testing Center contact information remains the same. The advisement staff has been working diligently to ensure we can provide the same level of service to our student body remotely as we have in person.
To assist with general questions and inquires outside of scheduled advisement appointments, the MSC Advisement staff have set up a Zoom virtual lobby which is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The lobby can be accessed by clicking the chat now button on the online.mscok.edu/book-online website.

Enrollment
Attached below are the distance enrollment guides for new and returning students. To ensure the safety of our students and staff, the MSC Advisement Office is accepting enrollment appointments via zoom or phone for all students. The guides also contain a link for scheduling your enrollment appointment. It is up to you to make sure your balances are paid to $400 or less and any business office, Registrar, or financial aid holds are removed prior to scheduling an appointment. Instructions for hold removals can be found within the guides.
Placement:
Due to Accuplacer restrictions, we are unable to administer the Accuplacer placement exam. Advisors will be using a "multiple measure" placement process during enrollment sessions.

Emergency Internet Resources for Education
During the current global health crisis, it is critical that all Oklahomans have access to adequate and affordable internet services. Schools throughout the state will transition to online course work to complete the academic year. Tutors:
Tutors will be providing both in-person and Zoom tutoring. Each tutor will undergo training in how to properly navigate and use Zoom. The new Zoom Tutor schedules will be posted on Murray's site with directions on how to access the requested tutor.
OWL:
The Online Writing Lab will continue to work as it usually does.
Thinkingstorm:
Thinkingstorm is available to students through their Blackboard. This is a free tutoring service for students, and will be available through the remainder of the campus closure. Directions on how to access Thinkingstorm are posted on Murray’s website.
