Housing

Dorms will reopen and food service will resume on Monday, March 23. We will be working with Great Western Dining to determine the best method of delivery.

  • We strongly encourage all students who live in residential housing to vacate campus at this time. This is a difficult decision, but necessary to protect the health of our campus community. Specific information for on-campus housing residents is being emailed directly to the student.  We understand some students must maintain a physical presence on campus and we are committed to assisting them.

  • At this time, move out for housing students will run March 25th, 2020 through March 27th, 2020. A schedule time must be set as no more than nine (9) students will be let in at a time per building. Times will be set in 30 minute increments and will run from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. each day. To schedule a time please email the Housing Office at housing@mscok.edu or text (580) 219-0373 and/or (214) 600-2868. Please include your name and room number as well as, the time slot you want and a second time frame option in case the first option is full.
  • The nine (9) per building includes any help you may bring with you. This means you will take away from other students entering the building. Please try to limit the number of people you bring with you.

For more information regarding residential life, contact the Director of Resident Life at (580) 387-7135.

UCSO Campus - Ardmore

Starting Wednesday, April 1st, access to the UCSO main building will be by appointment only.  Please let us know at least one day in advance if you will need to get into the building to access your computer, phone, or materials.  You may also teach classes from the building during regular hours, which will be 9 a.m. to 6p.m.  on weekdays.  Once again, if there are compelling reasons for exceptions we will try to accommodate them.

Please notify me or Kim Price and tell us when you need in and how long you expect to be there. We will make sure someone is there to let you in.
Kim's contact is kprice@ucso.osrhe.edu or 580-465-1440 (call or text).

Also, the UCSO will not be able to allow students in the building to access the internet, but we have tried to extend the WiFi network outside a little farther.  They should be able to pick it up from the picnic tables on either end of the building, the benches in the circle, and the parking places nearest the Learning Center in the back parking lot.  We will not advertise this availability publicly, so if instructors have students who have no access to WiFi we ask them to inform those students themselves.
