Welcome Students
The following are items that you will need to obtain before you will be able to enroll in Murray State College:

A completed online admission application.

A high school transcript with graduation date or a document verifying completion of GED.

ACT (American College Test) or SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) scores if student is under 21 years of age.

Upon enrollment, the Academic Advisement Center will decide if you need to be assessed. This assessment is based upon ACT sub-scores. Those students who did not score 19 or higher in the ACT sub-score areas or who did not participate in the ACT or SAT will need to be assessed. The Accuplacer is a standardized assessment (placement test) administered by the Murray State College Testing Center.
The MSC Testing Centers will provide placement testing
on demand when space allows during normal hours of
operation. The Ardmore Testing Center located in
Room 228. The Tishomingo Testing Center located in the
Library Science Building Room LS119. For questions
