MSC Summer STEM Camps

Whether your interest in biology is medical, conservation or zoology, and if your interest in technology is in programming, building electronics, robotics or the arts there will be something for you in our day camp “Exploring Biotechnology." Besides basic programming and robotics we will use the same robotic manikins the nursing students use, and much more.  There will also be plenty of fun and friendly STEM design competitions.

As always, there is no charge for these camps and meals are provided.  Spaces are limited though, and the application process is competitive.  Campers must be 8th or 9thgraders in the fall of 2021.

There will be one camp at the Ardmore UCSO June 21-26, 2021 and a repeat at Murray State College, Tishomingo, July 12-17. You can only attend one. One special aspect of these camps is that they last from 9 a.m to 4:15 p.m., but there will be snacks and activities through 6 p.m. each day for those who want to stay.  This can be big help for working parents.

During both camps, students will not meet on Friday (June 25 and July 16), but will conclude on Saturdays (June 26 and July 17) with a full-day guided visit to the Perot Museum. Apply HERE or contact either Wes Reddish at 580-387-7502 or Don Loving at 580-319-0323 with any questions.  You can also email mscstem@mscok.edu.
