High School Senior Tuition Waiver Program - High School Seniors Only Senate Bill No. 982 (2005) amends 70 O.S. 2001, §628.13, to entitle eligible high school seniors to a waiver of tuition for up to six credit hours per semester, subject to availability of funds. State Regents are to establish an application process and criteria for prioritizing applicants on the basis of need, timeliness of application, or other factors as determined by the State Regents.
