Below you will find the links to a survey that will allow you to provide very valuable information to the MSC Physical Therapist Assistant Program.  There are two surveys available, one for graduates and one for individuals you are either employers or supervising physical therapists for graduates.   

PTA GRADUATES

 Only one survey may be submitted from any individual computer.   If you have questions about the survey or any aspect of the PTA program, please contact the program director, Gary Robinson, MS, PT, PCS

If you are a graduate of the PTA program, then please complete the Graduate Survey.  This survey contains questions about how the program prepared you for your career.  It will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes or less to complete.  Begin the survey by clicking on the link below:
