Kathy Gallegos

Kathy received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from East Central University in 1979 and her Associate degree in Veterinary Technology from Murray State College in 1982. After graduating, she was employed in a food/animal practice. In 1992 she returned to the MSC Vet Tech program as the clinical technician. Kathy is a member of the North American Veterinary Technicians Association, Association of Veterinary Technician Educators, the Oklahoma Veterinary Technician Association, and the Veterinary Technician Anesthetist Society. She has held several Executive Office positions in the OVTA. In 1996 she was chosen the Oklahoma Veterinary Technician of the Year.
