Veterinary Technology

VetTech Building The AVMA accredited program is housed in a facility designed for clinical training and using modern veterinary equipment. Students receive hands-on training while learning and perfecting their technical skills. The program staff includes Doctors of Veterinary Medicine, and Registered Veterinary Technicians.

In Oklahoma, Registered Veterinary Technicians, working under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian, may perform any tasks related to animal health care with the exception of diagnosing, prescribing drugs, or performing surgery. Graduates from the MSC Veterinary Technology Program are qualified to sit for the state and national board exams.
