Inclement Weather Policy

When inclement weather conditions warrant a change in class starting times or a cancellation of classes, the area television and radio stations listed below can be expected to report the information.

If daytime classes are to be cancelled or scheduled to start later than normal, the media will be contacted by 6:30 a.m. AND a message will be posted on the MSC website (www.mscok.edu).

If evening classes are to be cancelled, the media will be contacted by 3:30 p.m. and a message will be posted on the MSC website (www.mscok.edu).

NO ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE IF CLASSES ARE MEETING AS SCHEDULED.

Do NOT call college offices for weather information. College personel cannot advise you on road conditions.

Announcements will be placed on the MSC website AND will be made by the following television and radio stations:
