Murray State College Professor Authors Article for Global Change Biology

An article by Murray State College Science Department Chair Philip K. Morton was published recently in Global Change Biology, available August 19, 2016. The title of Morton’s article, written with fellow scientists Dagmar Frisch, Billy W. Culver, Mark B. Edlund, Punidan D. Jeyasingh, and Lawrence J. Weider, is titled “Paleogenetic records of Daphnia pulicaria in two North American lakes reveal the impact of cultural eutrophication.” Read More »

Murray State College Awarded $369,751 USDA Grant for Distance Learning

Murray State College has been awarded a $369,751 grant from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to upgrade its distance learning classrooms. The upgrades will increase the capacity of K-12 schools to provide concurrent enrollment opportunities for high school students. Read More »
